A quick guide to making changes to your account's personal details, including registered name and email address.

You can view and edit the personal details we have for you within your Profile page by clicking on the “View Profile” option at the bottom of the sidebar once you are logged in.

From here you'll be able to:

  • Change your email address
  • Edit your name - particularly useful if we've got the wrong spelling or your name has changed, but please don't edit to someone else entirely!
  • Update your mobile number (optional)
  • Add or update your Job Title
  • Update your Profile photo (optional)

For changes to your password you'll need to use the Forgot password link on the Login page, or head directly to https://app.motional.io/password/reset
