In this quick updates video, I’m excited to share the enhancements we've made to the Groupshot results graph.

You'll now find buttons have descriptive hover-overs to prompt and support your use of Motional!

Motional's Report Builder feature is now live!

This feature allows you to compile change-over-time graphs for all or any of your Participants, Groups, cohorts, key stages, or even your entire setting!

Ensuring Motional supports young People no matter where they are is an important founding principle of Motional.

We have added schools in far-flung destinations this year, including in New Zealand and Gibraltar!

But no matter where they are means much more than this! We mean no matter where they are in terms of their Neurotype!

Earlier this summer, we decided to take a break from Twitter due to the changes in ownership, the platform's increasing promotion of misinformation, and a decline in online safety standards. Today, we have completely deleted our account. We believe that Twitter has lost its way and no longer aligns with our values or our commitment to promoting positive emotional well-being and mental health.

Over the summer, there have been a significant number of speed, workflow, and performance updates. Most of these have been 'under the skin,' so to speak, but they enhance your experience.

There have been a couple of workflow improvements to the Groupshot process to enhance your experience and to improve housekeeping!

When you 'Create a Groupshot,' Motional will now let you know if there are any incomplete Groupshots for that Group (This will stop you from creating unwanted duplicates!)

If you are a Team Admin or the User that began the Groupshot, it will let you pick up where you left off, delete, or continue as appropriate

Furthermore, Motional will now prompt you to confirm the members of the Group and give you the option to Edit the Group

Participant Tags are 'identifiers' that are added to a Participant Profile (and are very useful for things like exploring data!) They include titles such as Free School Meals, ADHD, and Pupil Premium (to name but a few!)

You can now show Participant Tags on Snapshot Results and Programs (and can toggle them on/off.)

Well, not completely mean...

We've improved consistency across Motional. When you see results displayed in Motional, we always display the mean average by default, e.g., on a Groupshot page, and we allow you to change this if you wish.

The Snapshot Results graph has been added to the Create Program to support your reflective practice as you build your intervention, and to the Program Page so you can print/share as appropriate when using the Motional Program.

A workflow improvement to simplify and speed-up adding Users and Team admins to your account.

Logging into Motional just got easier! 🙌 We've teamed up with Wonde MyLogin, so you can now use your MyLogin single sign-on to access Motional along with your other apps!

A new feature allowing you to filter the Groupshot results table by CARE and FEAR.

This simplifies and enhances your capacity to identify need.

A new button to enable you navigate more easily between subdomains on the Groupshot.

We now save previous names for Groups. So if the group name changes from Canaries (perhaps in Year 1) to Starlings (as they move to Year 2), the Group name changes are recorded.

The Snapshot Results table on the Participant Profile page has been reordered to show the most recent first.

Editors can now see the completion rate (%) by Contributor on the Manage Contributors page of the Organisational Snapshot with a new sort option.

When the closing date for the Organisational Snapshot is amended, contributors are informed.
