Advice on next steps after completing your Snapshot or Groupshot.
Completing a Snapshot or Groupshot is just the first step in the Motional Process. After you’ve taken a Snapshot/Groupshot, you’ll get a results page which shows you how active (or under/over-active) each of the 3 Domains or 11 Subdomains are.
This is useful information by itself in terms of getting a ‘whole-brain’ picture of what’s happening in both the lower brain’s emotional systems, and the upper brain’s executive functioning skills. But that’s not the end of it – we can do so much more!
Create a Program
Using the scores from this Snapshot/Groupshot we can create a Program tailored exactly for this Participant’s or Group’s needs at this time. You'll find the 'Create Program' button at the bottom of the page.
After focusing on the Safety and Advice suggestions, and undertaking and repeating activities from this Program for a while, you can then either create a new Program from the same Snapshot, or alternatively if time has passed and/or you have noticed change, do a new Snapshot (this isn’t a situation where you’d edit a Snapshot).
The new Snapshot helps us to show change over time.
